Log in to DPD Access

DPD Access requires a secure login for each user. For security purposes, you must log in from an approved device and network. Please email clientservices@dpddata.com with the IP address from your work computer. If you need to order data from another location, you can submit additional IP address requests.  


How to Log In to DPD Access

Login

  1. Go to the ordering website: https://www.dpdaccess.com/
  2. Create/Reset Password
    • Select "Reset Password
    • Enter your email address and click "Submit"
    • An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Select "click here". The link is only available for 1 hour.
    • Follow the guidelines to create a new password
    • Return to the login screen
  3. Enter your username, which is your email address, and your password
  4. Click the checkbox stating you agree to the Terms and Conditions of use of the online ordering platform. Click on "Terms and Conditions" to review
  5. Click "Login"
  6. DPD Access requires two-factor authorization. A code will be emailed to you each time you log in.


IP Address Blocked

  1. If you are blocked, that means you need to "request permission" with the IP address of the devices you use. Send your IP address to clientservices@dpddata.com.unnamed
  2. To find out your IP address you can search “What is my IP address?” from any search engine or at the    
    bottom of the DPD Access page your IP address will display.  
  3. Your IP address is also listed at the bottom of the "Permission Required to Enter Website" page
