DPD Access will allow you, as an Agency, to view all activity under your account or narrow it down to a specific client. 

When you first log in, you will be taken to your Agency Dashboard. Refer to the article "Agency Dashboard" for more information.

Select Account

You have the option to view activity from one specific client by clicking "Select Account" as shown below. 

  1. Select the Agency (if you have sub-agencies) and the client. If you have sub-agencies and want to view all activity for that agency, do not select a client. Click "submit" and you will be viewing all activity for that sub-agency.
  2. Select "Credit Ready" on the Products page
  3. You will now be on the specific client's dashboard, as shown below.


If you have sub-agencies and want to view all activity for that agency, do not select a client. Click "submit" and you will be viewing all activity for that sub-agency.



Return to Agency Dashboard

To return to your Agency Dashboard, choose one of the following options.

  1. Click on your agency name in the crumb trail
  2. Click on the client name in the upper right-hand corner and select "Switch Client". This will take you to your Agency Dashboard or to the option to select a sub-agency or specific client.


Note: When viewing as a specific client, you will ONLY see activity created for that client. All menu options will relate to that client. If you are unsure of which client you are viewing, refer to the crumb trail along the top, or the name of the client in the upper right-hand side.
