New User

Each user for DPD Access will need their own login. To request, follow the steps below.

Request New User

1. Send an email to clientservices@dpddata.com including:
   1. First and Last name
   2. Email address
   3. Permissions
      1. Download Only
      2. Run Counts Only
      3. Run Counts and Place Orders
      4. Run Counts, Place Orders, and Download Orders
      5. IP address. *Note, to find your IP address, refer to the article on Whitelist IP Address
2. You will receive a confirmation email when set up is complete
3. To log in and create your password, refer to the article "Log in to DPD Access"
