Download DPD Access Orders                                               

Go to https://www.dpdaccess.com

1. Username is your Email Address

2. If you do not know your Password select “Reset Password”

3. Check Agree to Terms and Conditions

4. A 2-factor email notification code must then be entered

5.  Agency User:

   1. To see all client orders under the agency, leave the client box blank and select Submit

   2. If you select a specific Client and then click submit, this will direct you to that client’s orders

   3. If you select a specific client, then select the product “CreditReady”

6. Select Order History

7. Select the download button under Actions for the order

8. Select Confirm -this is the final reminder to treat the data with security 

9. Select Download: This will create a CSV file that will be downloaded to your computer

1. Why can’t I order?
   1. Each User needs Ordering Permission
2. Why do I need not see the download button? 
   1. A file can only be downloaded 3 times 
   2. A file must be downloaded within 30 days 
   3. Reach out to clientservices@dpddata.com to increase the number of downloads allowed
3. How soon after an order is submitted will the data be ready to download?
   1. Depending on file size it can be 5 minutes to 60 minutes (1 million+).
4. How do I know when the order is ready to download?
   1. Request order notifications to be turned on for you from clientservices@dpddata.com
