New Automotive Client for DPD Access

Each client/marketer/dealership you work with needs to be set up in DPD Access. To do so, you will follow the below steps.


New Automotive Clients in DPD Access

  1. Your company has a specific URL to a custom Powerform to submit onboarding agreements for new clients
  2. If you do not know your URL, please request from clientservices@dpddata.com and bookmark it for future use
  3. Your Powerform will look like the below:

Complete Onboarding Paperwork 

  1. Your Powerform will consist of two agreements within the same DocuSign envelope
    1. Automotive Marketing Registration Agreement
    2. Prescreen Marketing Program Agreement
  2. To sign, first click the checkbox to agree to use of electronic records and signatures, then click "CONTINUE"
  3. Enter all required information (boxes outlined in red) for your client. All information will pertain to your client.
  4. Set Up Information
    1. Is there an active mail piece or script template?: You will have submitted these during your company's initial onboarding and continued on an annual basis. This will be "yes". If you intend to order phones or emails for this client, your company must have a template on file for each use type.
    2. Select the bureaus for this marketer: Select which bureau(s)' data you will order for this client. If you choose yes for Equifax, your company must be credentialed with the bureau through DPD in to enable ordering for your client.
  5. Enter your Name and Title
  6. Above "*Send activation confirmation to above email" enter the email address that should be notified when the client is ready in DPD Access
  7. Sign both agreements
    1. Click "Sign" and a pop-up will show allowing you to create and adopt a signature
    2. Enter your full name and initials 
    3. Click "ADOPT AND SIGN"
  8. When both documents are complete, click "FINISH"
  9. You can choose to download or print a copy of the agreements for your records
  10. A copy will automatically be sent to Client Services who will begin the setup process for DPD Access


If you choose yes for Equifax, your company must be credentialed with the Equifax through DPD in to enable ordering for your client



Activation

  1. Once the onboarding agreements have been sent via the DocuSign Powerform link, Client Services will be notified and begin the DPD Access setup process
  2. Set up can take up to 4 business hours
  3. When setup is complete, Client Services will notify the email denoted on the setup form
  4. This client is now activated in DPD Access and data can be ordered on their behalf
  5. Any follow-up questions can be sent to clientservices@dpddata.com


If you intend do order phones or emails for this client, your company must have a template on file for each use type
