New Order

To start a new Prescreen Order, follow the steps below. Click on the individual steps for detailed guides

Start Your Project

  • Navigate to the Agency Dashboard and click "Start New Order"
  • Select the client for the order and click "Submit" 

*Note, you will now be viewing DPD Access from the client level, meaning the menu items on the left will relate only to that client. You can confirm this with the name of the client in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and that the menu items no longer read "Agency" before them.

  • For a Trigger Order, select "Triggers" as the Data Source and click "Submit"
  • For a Prescreen Data order, select Prescreen as the Data Source and click "Submit"

*Note, you will not be required to do this if your account does not have access to triggers 



Create Your Project


Place and Download Your Order

  • Confirm Order Page
    • Confirm Records
    • Choose Mail File Layout and Additional Output Attributes
    • Confirm Suppressions
    • Email Validation
    • Enter PO #
    • Submit Order
  • Agency Order History
    • Clone Order
    • Download Order Report
    • Download Order
    • Search Orders
