Step 4: Analyze > Order

Created by Courtney Hunold, Modified on Thu, 10 Nov, 2022 at 12:14 PM by Courtney Hunold

The Analyze page allows you to view the results of your count. Always sort/display the results in the manner in which you will order, as how you view the results here will carry over to the order screen.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Save as Count

Once your results populate, always select "Save as Count"

  • This eliminates the need to reanalyze the count if your screen times out or you enter the count again later in the same day
  • If you enter the count on a different day it will need to reanalyze to allow for opt-outs
  • *Note, the system assigns a different Job # for "drafts" and "counts". Once you click "Save as Count" the number shown on the Agency Dashboard will update, but it will not update on the Project Details summary until you exit the count.
  • If you need assistance, always include the Job # in your email to clientservices@dpddata.com and always "save as count"

Display and Sum Counts

"Display Counts by" determines which field will be displayed on your results to be summed.

  • Whichever field is selected here will also be displayed on the order page and on any downloaded reports.
  • We recommend using the geography attribute used in your criteria as the "display by" option.
  • Options include:
    • County
    • State
    • Zip Code
    • Miles from Zip
    • Credit Score

"Sum Counts by" determines which attribute the results are summed by. We recommend never changing this from "Segment" as the order page will only display by segment

We recommend always setting "Display count by" as the geography option used in your criteria and "Sum counts by" as "Segment"

Download Reports

A report of the count and results is available to download. The "Display Count by" and "Sum Count by" options selected will reflect in the report.

  1. Select the "Download Report" drop-down
  2. Select the report option
  • Download Count Report: A PDF of the criteria used and the results as seen on the Analyze page
  • Download Count CSV: A CSV of the results as seen on the Analyze page
  • Download Count CSV with Criteria: A CSV of the criteria used and the results as seen on the Analyze page
  • Download Zip Count CSV: A CSV of the criteria used and the results containing zip code, primary city, primary state, and radius (miles from zip). This option will only be available if your count uses zip code and radius and the recommended option "Distance from center of Zip Code to Center of Zip Code" option in its geography.
