  • If there is an asterisk (*) next to the attribute it is a premier attribute, and an extra cost may be incurred for using it in criteria or output
  • You must enter a starting range and ending range for the criteria you are filtering on
  • If you do not know the max hold down any key, click out of the space, and then it will pop up with a validation minimum and maximum amount, and you can copy the max into the field

The General Credit and Derogatory Attributes section is broken up into two tabs:

    3. Add or adjust the attributes for your new segment

  • Max Quantity
    • For both Prescreen and Trigger counts, if there is a max quantity of records desired per segment, you can cap the segment by entering the maximum number.
    • Tip: This can be useful if you have a specific state you do not want more than X number of records for.
  • Use Segments to Eliminate Records

Segments can be used to eliminate undesired records. For example, to eliminate consumers who have opened an auto trade in the past year:

  1. In segment 1, choose "Number of Months Since Opened for Most Recently Opened auto Trade" under the "Auto Trade Specific" tab of "Auto Attributes"
  2. Include any other targeting criteria
  3. Name this segment "Elimination-Do Not Order"
  4. Clone segment
  5. Click "Edit" in the Project Details summary next to "Number of Months Since Opened for Most Recently Opened auto Trade" and delete the values in those fields
  6. Your second segment will now include records with either 0 open auto trades or those which have been opened 13+ months ago
  7. Only order records from the second segment

Click "Next Step" to Analyze the results
